ICEGEX is owned and operated by Haliburton International Events Corporation and is Managed by Cut Unlimited Inc., with a diverse background of handling the Philippines’ most premiere trade shows.

Haliburton International Events Corporation is a prominent Philippine event organizer and exhibition company. Led by its President and CEO, John Marcelo, the firm focuses on building purpose-driven trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions in the local and global markets.

The company is best known for organizing the International Ice Cream and Gelato Expo (ICEGEX), the first and only dedicated international expo for frozen desserts in the Philippines.

Cut Unlimited, Inc. is the Official Exhibition Manager of the 2nd International Ice Cream & Gelato Expo (ICEGEX), bringing together key industry players, suppliers, brands, and stakeholders to create a dynamic platform that promotes innovation, collaboration, and growth within the frozen dessert industry.

Established in 1998, Cut Unlimited, Inc. is a full-service events management company with over two decades of experience in organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, conventions, corporate events, marketing activations, fundraising events, and brand launches across various industries.
